We like to keep things straightforward. This service is made up of two parts: a one-off onboarding phase to get everything set up properly, and a custom 3-part email campaign that does the talking for you.
The Onboarding
Required for all new clients
Before we start writing a single word, we’ll get clear on your brand, goals, and audience.
You’ll fill out a short onboarding form and upload your brand materials. From there, we’ll review everything and get Flodesk ready to go.
This includes:

Collection of brand assets and email marketing goals
A check that your Flodesk setup is GDPR-compliant

Email Marketing Series
Three strategic, beautifully branded campaigns built from your brief.
Once you’re onboarded, we’ll design a three-part email series based on your goals. Whether it’s a launch, a promo, or a nurture sequence – we’ll make sure your message is clear and your emails are doing the heavy lifting.
This includes:
Build and design of 3 custom emails in Flodesk
Support with copy and calls to action
Engaging subject lines
Scheduling advice and optimal send times
Insights review once the emails are sent

Here’s How We Work…
We do things in batches of three. That means we’ll need your full brief upfront. You’ll get the full set of emails to review, with two rounds of amends included.
The process:
You send your completed brief
We build your three emails
You review and share feedback
We revise (up to two rounds)
You approve, we schedule or hand back
Need more changes? We’re flexible, extra amends are charged at £50/hour, and we’ll always check with you before anything extra is billed.
We require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice before starting your email campaign.
