Every creative business is different, which means every VA relationship looks different too. Some people need someone to take their inbox off their hands. Others need ongoing Dubsado management, email marketing support, or just a reliable person to handle the day-to-day stuff that keeps falling off the bottom of the to-do list.
I work with a small number of clients at a time, which means when you're one of them, you actually get proper attention. I know how creative and service-based businesses run, I understand the pressure of busy seasons, and I won't need six weeks of hand-holding before I'm useful.

Once your CRM is set up and running, I keep it that way. Moving clients through your pipeline, making sure workflows are triggering correctly, and flagging anything that needs your attention. I work across a number of CRM platforms including Dubsado, HoneyBook, and Studio Ninja. Email Marketing
Writing and scheduling your newsletters, managing your Flodesk account, keeping you visible with your audience without you having to think about it every month.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Making sure new clients get a smooth, professional experience, and past clients get a proper follow up after delivery.
