FULL DUBSADO SETUP
This is the one where I take the reins and build your Dubsado from the ground up, completely bespoke to you and your business. We’ll turn your clunky processes into something streamlined and seriously smart, with a setup that feels elevated and easy to use.
From that very first enquiry to the final offboarding email, you’ll have a seamless system that feels like you, but better. No more duct-taping workflows together or manually chasing leads. Just a beautifully branded experience that ticks along behind the scenes, saving you time and delivering a polished client experience every time.

We’ll kick things off with a strategy session to explore how you’re currently working and map out how we can make things simpler, smoother, and more efficient. You’ll receive a clear, visual breakdown of what’s being built, including workflows, forms, schedulers, and email templates. From there, you’ll be given a bit of homework: gathering your content, brand assets, and any wording needed before the build begins. Nothing gets built until everything’s been reviewed and signed off by you so we both know we’re creating something that’s the perfect fit.

Once all your content is in, I’ll bring your setup to life. You’ll receive up to 10 fully branded forms, including proposals, lead captures, questionnaires, contracts, and sub-agreements, plus up to 5 schedulers for calls or services. For up to 3 of your core offers, I’ll build out intelligent workflows that handle the admin for you: enquiry responses, client onboarding, reminders, offboarding and more. Every detail will be styled to reflect your brand and tested thoroughly before anything goes live.

You’ll get everything you need to feel confident using your new setup, including full video walkthroughs, a PDF offboarding guide, and a personalised 60 minute call where we walk through the system together, live. I’ll answer your questions, make any final tweaks, and make sure you feel good about using it day to day. After that, you’ll have 30 days of email support, so if you need a little extra help or something isn’t quite clicking, I’ll be right here.

If you're not quite ready for the full Dubsado build but want to make a strong first impression, this package gives you everything you need to confidently welcome new enquiries and guide them through to booking, without lifting a finger.
It’s designed to cover that all-important first stage of your client journey, so you can stop patching things together and start showing up with confidence.
This setup covers everything up to the point your client pays their deposit. If you’d like help with what happens after that, delivery, client care, or offboarding, we can chat about adding that on later.

We’ll start with a 60 minute strategy call to walk through how you’re currently handling enquiries and bookings. I’ll map out the new process visually so you can see exactly what we’re creating. You’ll then get a checklist of what I need from you, content, brand elements, and any wording, before the build begins. Once everything’s signed off, I’ll get to work.

I’ll build everything you need to take a client from first contact through to paying their deposit. This includes 1 lead capture form, 1 beautifully branded (and coded) proposal, a styled contract (no code), and 1 scheduler setup. You’ll also get simple workflows to guide your clients through each step without you needing to follow up manually. Everything is tailored to your business and designed to give your clients a seamless experience.

Once your setup is ready, I’ll send over a video walkthrough and offboarding guide so you can start getting familiar with how it all works. Then we’ll hop on a final call to walk through everything live, answer your questions, and make sure it all feels good to go. You’ll also get 7 days of email support in case anything crops up once you start using it.
