I was trying to do everything myself and honestly it would take me twice as long as I work a full time job. So even though it would get done eventually, it just took longer.

I can delegate to my mini COO , give clear instructions and her and team get it done. So much more is being achieved, as I have someone who can handle the R&D allowing me to review it all post my day job.

What specific goals, plans and results did you have in mind when you came to work with Lindsey?

My specific goals were just to keep moving it all forward without stressing. Lindsey since joining my team has been incredible. It's like she has been part of my business since the beginning. I love it.
