No. If you're brand new to Dubsado I can help you get set up from scratch, and that's honestly the easiest starting point. If you already have an account, no problem, we keep the account but start the build fresh. In my experience it's much cleaner to build new than to unpick what's already there, so we don't try to salvage a setup that isn't working.

Most full setups take between six and ten weeks from our strategy call to handover, depending on the complexity of your services and how many workflows we're building. I'll give you a clear timeline before we start so you know exactly what to expect. This also heavily depends on requested work coming back to me by the set deadlines.

Before our strategy call, I just need you to have an idea of your dream client journey, nothing formal, just your thinking. The strategy call is where we work through it all together properly. After that, I build out the framework of everything we planned, you edit the content to make it sound like you, and then I go in and build it all out. You don't need to be particularly technical, that's my job.

Yes, this is one of the most common situations I work with. I'll audit what you've got and tell you honestly what's working and what isn't.
