Dubsado Setup


How did you feel before we started working together?

I felt overwhelmed, and actually quite bad. I viewed myself as a bad business owner because I knew I wasn't using Dubsado to it's fullest potential, and I knew I was making my life harder by not utilizing all the automations and stuff. I also felt like I didn't look as professional as I wanted to appear because I didn't know/have the time to make all my forms as nice as I had seen others look.

Describe what your business systems were like before we worked together?

They were like... 50% there. I had some forms (that were outdated and didn't have all the info I needed on them), I had some payment plans set up and packages but I didn't have all my canned emails set up and I didn't even know how to use a proposal. So I was doing a lot of things myself, taking up hours of my week.

Share three things you have been able to accomplish since our project?

Clients can automatically book a session without waiting for me to catch up on my email to book them

All my forms go out in a timely manner and they look AMAZING

The amount of space I have in my brain that has been cleared up since automating everything has done wonders for my business. I am so much more productive now on other things, because I'm not bogged down onboarding clients

How do you feel now?

I almost feel like I want to cry! I knew deep down where I wanted my business to be and how I wanted to present myself, but I kind of knew that I didn't have the skill level to showcase what I'm capable of. Now I feel confident, and I feel so professional. I've only implemented my new forms on three clients and all three of them have commented on how amazing my information is presented. It's insane how good this is!

What did you enjoy most about working with me?

How kind you were to me. I dropped the ball so many times and you were so patient with me. And you went WAY above what I paid you for. Like I still don't know how I'm ever going to truly thank you because you put in so much work! The amount of care you put into my business is amazing. I feel so lucky that I worked with you because I know no one else would have gone that far out of their way for me.

What would you say to other business owners hoping to work with me?

I would say run! Don't walk. Book you ASAP. They may have this big picture of what they want their Dubsado to look like, and I guarantee you're going to make it better than anything the expected/imagined. You blew my mind over and over again with how proficient you were and how you thought of EVERYTHING.

Is there anything else that you would like to add?

How can I ever repay you!? You literally changed my business. This is a game changer for me and I am so, so excited to see what happens now. I seriously can't thank you enough.


You know instagram vs. reality? I feel like that was my experience with Lindsey, but in the opposite way as one would expect. I had big visions of what I wanted my dubsado to look like, but deep down I figured I would get something just under what I dreamed of. Like I wanted the instagram version of dubsado, but I was going to get the realistic, not as cute version. But holy cow I was wrong. Lindsey made my dubsado better than I ever imagined it would be. I don't know how she did it honestly. I would ask her questions, and she would already be 3 steps ahead of me. When I say she is proficient in Dubsado, the girl is a freaking nobel prize winner. She constantly blew my mind with the workflows she set up for me, and literally covered everything I would ever run into. The amount of time she has saved me by automating everything, I can take guilt free naps everyday and still make more money than I did before I hired her. Lindsey is the GOAT, a unicorn, literally the best thing I have ever done for myself and my business.
