Dubsado Setup
How did you feel before we started working together?
Completely overwhelmed in all aspects 😂 I knew the basics of Dubsado, but I didn't have the time (or more importantly, ANY patience) to do it myself. I hadn't set up anything fully, meaning it took me so much longer to do the most basics of tasks.
Describe what your business systems were like before we worked together?
A hot mess?! It's like when you hear your favourite song in a shop, but it doesn't sound quite right because it's actually a really terrible cover version... almost like that (if that makes any sense 😂 ) It had SO much potential and it just wasn't hitting the mark, at all.
Share three things you have been able to accomplish since our project?
Only three things?! Okay...
1. Actually being able to fall asleep knowing I've not lost enquiries somewhere or not replied to them
2. I've taken on an amazing part-time job through the week as I have so many less admin hours now. I didn't want to solely rely on my wedding income anymore after covid, so this now means I have a much better balance with my work/life as well as extra money!
3. Have time off on an evening, it's a biggie!!!
How do you feel now?
I feel like I'm on stars in their eyes, and I've just walked through the doors and through the smoke to a loving and excited audience as a new person! 😂
A more normal version too...
I feel SO relieved, SO chuffed and SO excited for my couples! Everything is just perfect, it looks incredible too. It works seamlessly, all I need to do is apply a workflow and click a button, boom, done. My anxiety about my CRM has totally vanished, and everything is totally under control for the first time ever.
What did you enjoy most about working with me?
So many different things, the voice notes! Being able to reach out to you and ask any question, you'd always be able to give me an answer and explain things in a really simple to understand way.
What would you say to other business owners hoping to work with me?
DO IT?! Why are you hesitating?
Lindsey is one of the THE best investments I've ever made in my business, and I'm 12 years in. It has genuinely changed my business life for the better, making my personal life even more amazing. Thank you!!
